The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty can help you in guiding your clients to meet their charitable goals. If you have clients who can benefit from making charitable gifts, partnering with the Community Foundation can give your clients a wide range of opportunities to address the issues they care about most, while receiving the maximum tax benefit under law. We work closely with you to tailor a fund or deferred giving arrangement most beneficial to your client.
The Community Foundation’s funds are professionally managed for growth over time and overseen by our Board of Directors and Investment Committee. We partner with three trusted institutions to manage our assets: First Financial Bank, Huntington Bank and Financial Management Group. Annual audits are currently conducted by Clark, Schaefer Hackett. Audit reports are available by request.
Donors receive semi-annual statements detailing the balance of their short-termed or endowed funds, including contributions, grants and investment activity for the fiscal year-to-date.
