Flynn & Company Scholarship Fund

The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty is pleased to announce the selection of the first recipient of the Flynn & Company Scholarship. The Flynn & Company Scholarship Fund was established in 2002 for the purpose of assisting a junior or senior in college pursuing a career in accounting and/or business.

The first scholarship recipient chosen is Heather Steinke, a senior at Xavier University and a West Chester resident. Heather is pursuing a career in accounting and finance. Upon graduation in May, Heather will continue her studies to achieve a MBA and also begin preparing for the CPA examination.

Founded in 1993, Flynn & Company, PSC, Inc, is known for their integrity and for credible service in tax, accounting, audit, and management consulting in Greater Cincinnati. This company-sponsored scholarship was established as an avenue to give back to the community and to reward students pursuing higher education. With the assistance of The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty, the charitable wishes of this company became a reality.
