Jordan Day Scholarship Fund

Established in 2011, the Jordan Day Scholarship Fund was created in memory of Jordan Day, a Lakota East golfer who died in 2010. After Jordan's death in 2010, many generous donations were received by friends and family all across the Country. This scholarship was created through the use of those donations to honor the extraordinary talent, hard work and dedication Jordan exemplified - on the course and throughout his life - with an award that will be given each year to a graduating senior of the Lakota East Men's or Women's Golf Team. In all things, and especially in golf, Jordan was competitive and determined. He rose as a leader wherever he played, stepping onto the grass each day with a joke to tell and a hand to lend.
The 2011 recipient of the Jordan Day Scholarship was Jordan's teammate, Anthony Fiorenza. Anthony plans to attend Jacksonville University.
